Here is what you can expect.

Step 1: Our analysis begins by obtaining a thorough understanding of your current compensation processes, philosophy and company culture. This is achieved through a brief interview and the completion of a proprietary questionnaire.
Step 2: We analyze the information collected against integrated talent management strategies and compensation planning best practices gathered from working with hundreds of organizations of all sizes.

Step 3: We meet with you on site for a day to present our findings and to discuss alternatives that more closely align your compensation planning processes to best practices - always within the framework of your organization’s compensation philosophy and culture. We also present to you an analysis framework and tools that can be used by you to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of compensation planning process changes.

Step 4: Our engagement ends by delivering a report to you that details our recommendations.

Decusoft will pay up to $250 for its representative to travel to your location. Should travel exceed this amount, you will be responsible for the overage. All Decusoft team members and its agents will adhere to your corporate travel policies, which will be agreed to prior to travel.
