HOW TO PLAY: The promotion is sponsored by Decusoft, llc. and begins on or about May 6, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“(ET)”) and ends at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on June 13, 2008 (the “Contest Period"). Prize drawings (the "Prize Drawings") will be held on or about June 16, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. (ET). Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries are void. All entries are the property of DECUSOFT. DECUSOFT has no responsibility for undelivered, lost, misdirected or late entries. PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize is a Compensation Best Practice Analysis. The prize must be redeemed within 90 days of issuance. The Prize has no cash value. A cash refund of an unused service will not be issued. Prizes are subject to change and will be randomly awarded from among eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email, telephone or via U.S. mail. Prize Drawings will be conducted by a representative of DECUSOFT, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and IRS Form W-9 (as applicable) to be returned within the time specified or the winner will be disqualified and the prize award will be void.
